Previously, Garrett held senior leadership positions at Yum! Brands, playing a pivotal role in the development and expansion of Pizza Hut in the US and internationally. His key skills include business development, strategic leadership, financial analysis, and real estate development.
At Goat Restaurant Group, Garrett oversees strategic planning, brand acquisitions, and integration, driving innovation and community support. His leadership is instrumental in achieving the company's mission and vision, making him a valuable asset in the restaurant industry.
MEL HENRIQUEZ VICE PRESIDENT
Mel Henriquez is an accomplished executive leader currently serving as the Vice President of Operations. Recognized for his strategic leadership and innovative approach, Mel is pivotal in the company's growth and success.
Previously, Mel held senior leadership positions at Piada Italian Street Food and Chipotle Mexican Grill, where he significantly contributed to their growth and operational excellence. His key skills include strategic planning, operations management, business turnaround, and team leadership.
At Goat Restaurant Group, Mel oversees strategic planning, the integration of new acquisitions, and the implementation of turnaround strategies. His leadership is instrumental in achieving the company's mission and vision, making him a valuable asset in the restaurant industry.

ALLIE BOYD SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING SPECIALIST
Allie Boyd is the Social Media and Marketing Specialist at Goat Restaurant Group, where she manages social media, marketing initiatives, graphic design projects, and local outreach. Starting as an intern, she became a full-time team member, contributing creative content and organizing events that engage the community.
Allie holds a Bachelor of Science in Art: Graphic Design, Illustration, and Studio Art (Cum Laude) from the University of Southern Indiana. She also spent a semester abroad at Ewha Womans University in South Korea, where she deepened her skills in traditional art, art history, and user experience design.
Allie brings a creative, hands-on approach to her work, supporting business strategies and helping elevate the company’s brand presence through innovative marketing and design efforts.
MIKE NALLEY FACILITIES MANAGER
With over 40 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Mike has built a career defined by leadership and dedication. From corporate trainer to general manager and operating partner, he has excelled in roles that drive operational success and team development.
For the past 13 years, he has been a proud member of the Pizza Hut family, and he now serves as the Facility Manager for our stores, ensuring they operate at their best. A devoted family man for 45 years, Mike brings the same dedication and care to his work as he does to his personal life, fostering strong relationships and a sense of community wherever he goes.
